Sip Society is our summer tequila celebration, pairing handcrafted tequila cocktails with bold Mex bites in a relaxed Karaka setting.
From vibrant margaritas and refreshing Palomas to prawn tacos, quesadillas, and jalapeño chimichangas, it’s designed for easy afternoons and casual catch-ups.
Join us daily from 4pm to 6pm for Aperitivo Hour, featuring our Margarita & Mex Bite combo for $35, Any 4 Tequila Cocktails for $60, and a bucket of Corona for $40.

Join us at Ethereal Restaurant for a relaxed Sunday Buffet Brunch, where our much-loved breakfast flows into a leisurely afternoon experience.
From Sunday 8th February, enjoy a generous spread of breakfast favourites and brunch classics alongside a rotating Sunday Roast Carvery, featuring cuts such as Champagne Ham, Sirloin, or Leg of Lamb, changing weekly.
A complimentary Mimosa on arrival is included, with the option to upgrade to Bottomless Mimosas for $25 from our Mimosa Bar.
