Christmas Day lunch at Ethereal Restaurant is now fully booked. To make room for more families, we’re opening the Vela Room for a second Christmas lunch.

Prefer to celebrate in the evening? Christmas Day Dinner Buffet at Ethereal still has tables available.

Start at the seafood station with fresh Clevedon Coast oysters, poached prawns and roasted salmon. Then head to the carvery for roast beef sirloin and champagne ham with truffle jus. Roast chicken, leg of lamb and market fish round out the mains.

Save room for dessert. There’s Christmas pudding with brandy anglaise, Kiwi pavlova, black forest trifle, mince pies and a cheese selection to finish.

A premium beverage package is included: bubbles, wine, beer, soft drinks and juices. Festive table styling and Christmas crackers come as part of the day.
